  • 2 oz caraway seeds
  • 4 oz candied citron and lemon peel
  • 4 egg yolks

Method

  1. 1 Cut the candied citron and lemon peel into small pieces.
  2. 2 In a large bowl, mix the flour, treacle, sugar, ginger, caraway seeds, candied fruit, and egg yolks until well combined.
