  • 2 eggs
  • Capons' cooking broth
  • Flour
  • Water
  • Chicken livers and gizzards
  • Green herbs
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar

Method

  1. 1 Boil the capons with your chosen spices until cooked through.
  2. 2 Shred the cooked capon meat into a bowl and mix with beaten eggs and some of the cooking broth.
  3. 3 Stir in flour to thicken the mixture slightly.
