Caper Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- parsley, tarragon, or lemon juice (optional)
Method
- 1 Mince one-third of the capers very fine and cut the remaining two-thirds in half.
- 2 Combine the capers and vinegar with the melted butter in a saucepan.
- 3 Stir constantly over low heat to prevent the butter from separating or oiling.
- 4 Optionally, stir in minced parsley, tarragon, or fresh lemon juice before serving.
