Caper And Parsley Bread Crumb Topping
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup cracker or dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp chopped capers
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- ¼ cup milk, stock, or water (optional)
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2 Stir in bread crumbs, onion, capers, salt, pepper, and parsley until combined.
- 3 For a moist stuffing, stir in milk, stock, or water.
