Caper Anchovy Herb Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 anchovy fillet
- 1 small slice onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sprig parsley, chopped
- Basil leaves, chopped
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
Method
- 1 Chop capers, anchovy, onion, and garlic finely.
- 2 Crush the mixture with a knife blade until very fine.
- 3 Stir in chopped parsley and basil.
- 4 Dissolve the herb paste in olive oil and lemon juice.
