Caper Anchovy Herb Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp capers, drained
  • 1 anchovy fillet
  • 1 small slice onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sprig parsley, chopped
  • Basil leaves, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice

Method

  1. 1 Chop capers, anchovy, onion, and garlic finely.
  2. 2 Crush the mixture with a knife blade until very fine.
  3. 3 Stir in chopped parsley and basil.
  4. 4 Dissolve the herb paste in olive oil and lemon juice.
