Canned Tomato Mushroom Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 package spaghetti
  • Salt water for boiling
  • 1 can soup stock
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • Butter (optional, for fresh mushrooms)

Method

  1. 1 Boil spaghetti in salted water for 30 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2 Combine soup stock, tomatoes, mushrooms, salt, and pepper in a pot.
  3. 3 Boil the sauce ingredients together until well combined.
  4. 4 Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and serve in a hot dish.
  5. 5 Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
