Ingredients
- 1 can mixed vegetables (peas, beans, carrots, turnips)
- Shaved cabbage or lettuce leaves
- French dressing
Method
- 1 Drain and wash the canned mixed vegetables in cold water.
- 2 Arrange the vegetables on a bed of shaved cabbage or lettuce leaves.
- 3 Cover the vegetables with French dressing and serve.
