Candied Pineapple Slices
Ingredients
- 1 lb pineapple, peeled and sliced
- 1 lb sugar
- ½ cup water
Method
- 1 Make a syrup by combining sugar and water; clarify and skim.
- 2 Add pineapple slices to the syrup and cook gently for 30 minutes.
