  • flower blossoms (various types)
  • water
  • sugar

Method

  1. 1 Make a syrup by boiling water and sugar until very thick.
  2. 2 Add the flower blossoms to the boiling syrup and stir continuously.
  3. 3 Continue stirring until the sugar crystallizes and falls off the spoon.
  4. 4 Allow to cool and store for use in salads or garnishes.
