Candied Flower Petals
Ingredients
- flower blossoms (various types)
- water
- sugar
Method
- 1 Make a syrup by boiling water and sugar until very thick.
- 2 Add the flower blossoms to the boiling syrup and stir continuously.
- 3 Continue stirring until the sugar crystallizes and falls off the spoon.
- 4 Allow to cool and store for use in salads or garnishes.
