Candied Cranberries
Ingredients
- 1 lb cranberries
- 1 lb sugar
- ½ cup water
Method
- 1 Combine ½ cup water and 2 lbs sugar in a pot and bring to a boil.
- 2 Skim the syrup to remove impurities.
- 3 Add 1 lb cranberries to the syrup.
- 4 Boil until the fruit becomes clear and preserved.
