Candied Citrus Cream Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp candied citron, chopped
- 1 tbsp candied orange peel, chopped
Method
- 1 Crack eggs into a bowl and add cream, flour, sugar, and salt. Whisk vigorously for 5 minutes until well combined.
- 2 Stir in the chopped candied citron and orange peel.
- 3 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until set but still moist.
