Candied Citrus Cream Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp candied citron, chopped
  • 1 tbsp candied orange peel, chopped

Method

  1. 1 Crack eggs into a bowl and add cream, flour, sugar, and salt. Whisk vigorously for 5 minutes until well combined.
  2. 2 Stir in the chopped candied citron and orange peel.
  3. 3 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until set but still moist.
