Cabbage With Anchovy Parmesan Gravy

Ingredients

  • 2 heads cabbage
  • 2 anchovies
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp gravy
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Boil the cabbages in plenty of water until tender, then cut them into quarters.
  2. 2 In a skillet, fry the anchovies slightly in butter with the chopped parsley.
  3. 3 Add the cabbage quarters to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  4. 4 Stir in the gravy, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
