Cabbage With Anchovy Parmesan Gravy
Ingredients
- 2 heads cabbage
- 2 anchovies
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 tbsp gravy
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Boil the cabbages in plenty of water until tender, then cut them into quarters.
- 2 In a skillet, fry the anchovies slightly in butter with the chopped parsley.
- 3 Add the cabbage quarters to the skillet and cook until heated through.
- 4 Stir in the gravy, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
