Cabbage Ham And Rice Soup
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- Stock
- 2 ounces boiled rice
- Chopped ham
- Tomato sauce
Method
- 1 Remove the stalk and hard outer leaves from the cabbage. Wash and chop the cabbage into medium-sized pieces.
- 2 Drain the cabbage and cook it in stock until tender.
- 3 Stir in the boiled rice, chopped ham, and tomato sauce. Simmer briefly to combine flavors.
