  • 1 cup yellow corn meal
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup white flour
  • 2 eggs

Method

  1. 1 Pour boiling milk over corn meal in a mixing bowl and let cool.
