  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs, well-beaten
  • 2 cups milk

Method

  1. 1 Sift together flour, cornmeal, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. 2 Cream butter and sugar, then beat in eggs and milk.
