Buttered Spinach With Pepper

  • butter
  • pepper
  • salt

Method

  1. 1 Wash and pick the spinach clean, then drain it.
  2. 2 Boil the spinach in water for a few minutes until cooked.
  3. 3 Press out all excess water from the spinach.
  4. 4 Place spinach in a stew pan with butter, pepper, and salt.
  5. 5 Chop continually with a spoon until the spinach is quite dry.
  6. 6 Serve with or without poached eggs.
