Buttered Spinach With Pepper
Ingredients
- spinach
- butter
- pepper
- salt
Method
- 1 Wash and pick the spinach clean, then drain it.
- 2 Boil the spinach in water for a few minutes until cooked.
- 3 Press out all excess water from the spinach.
- 4 Place spinach in a stew pan with butter, pepper, and salt.
- 5 Chop continually with a spoon until the spinach is quite dry.
- 6 Serve with or without poached eggs.
