Buttered Parsnips With Parsley
Ingredients
- parsnips
- butter
- chopped parsley
- pepper
- salt
Method
- 1 Peel the parsnips and boil in hot water until tender.
- 2 Drain all the water from the parsnips.
- 3 Add butter, chopped parsley, pepper, and salt.
- 4 Shake or stir over heat until well mixed and heated through.
