Buttered Gem Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup rich milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 eggs, separated
Method
- 1 Mix flour, salt, and milk together in a bowl.
- 2 Stir in the egg yolks until combined.
- 3 Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the batter.
- 4 Heat a gem pan, butter well, and fill with batter.
- 5 Bake in a 425°F oven for 12-15 minutes until golden.
