Buttered Eggs With Parsley
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 to 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 2 Crack eggs into the pan and season with parsley, salt, and pepper.
- 3 Cook on the stovetop for 2 minutes until the whites are set.
- 4 Transfer to a plate and finish cooking under a broiler or near a heat source for 2 minutes.
