Buttered Corn And Bean Succotash
Ingredients
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup beans
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cream (optional)
Method
- 1 Boil corn kernels and beans separately until tender.
- 2 Drain and gently stir the vegetables together.
- 3 Season with butter, salt, and pepper. Add cream if desired.
