Butter Yeast Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 lb flour
- 3 oz butter
- 1 spoonful yeast
- warm milk
Method
- 1 Rub butter into flour. Mix in yeast and warm milk to form a light paste. Set aside to rise until nearly doubled in size.
- 2 Shape the dough into rolls, approximately 4 inches long and 2 fingers wide. Let them rise again until well risen.
- 3 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 15 minutes.
