Butter Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 ¼ cups flour
• 2 large eggs
• 1 packet baking powder

Method

1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugar, then mix in eggs and baking powder.
2. 2 Stir in flour to form a dough. Roll out on a floured surface to ¼-inch thickness.
3. 3 Cut into shapes using cookie cutters. Place on a buttered baking sheet.
4. 4 Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool and store in airtight containers.
