Butter-Rich Milk Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a muffin tin with butter.
- 2 Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
- 3 In a separate bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and beaten egg.
- 4 Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined.
- 5 Divide batter evenly into prepared muffin cups.
- 6 Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
