Butter Poached Lobster With White Wine And Brandy
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 5 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 glasses white wine (1 cup)
- Meat of 2 lobsters
- 1 glass brandy (¼ cup)
- Chopped parsley
- White pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
Method
- 1 Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a blazer or skillet. Add chopped garlic and sliced carrot, cooking for 5 minutes.
- 2 Remove the carrot. Add the white wine, lobster meat, salt, white pepper, and cayenne pepper. Heat thoroughly.
- 3 Stir in the remaining 3 tablespoons butter, chopped parsley, and brandy. Serve immediately.
