Butter Poached Lobster With White Wine And Brandy

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 5 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2 glasses white wine (1 cup)
  • Meat of 2 lobsters
  • 1 glass brandy (¼ cup)
  • Chopped parsley
  • White pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt

Method

  1. 1 Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a blazer or skillet. Add chopped garlic and sliced carrot, cooking for 5 minutes.
  2. 2 Remove the carrot. Add the white wine, lobster meat, salt, white pepper, and cayenne pepper. Heat thoroughly.
