Butter Poached Lobster With Lemon

Ingredients

• 1 small boiled lobster
• 4 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp butter

Method

1. 1 Cut the boiled lobster into small pieces.
2. 2 Pour 4 tablespoons of lemon juice over the lobster and add salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. 3 Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a chafing dish.
4. 4 Add the lobster to the melted butter and serve hot.
