Butter Pilaf With Fried Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 heaping tbsp butter
  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • Fried onions

Method

  1. 1 Wash 1 cup of rice thoroughly.
  2. 2 Boil rice in fast boiling water with 1 tbsp butter for 20 minutes, then drain.
  3. 3 Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4 Stir in 1 heaping tbsp butter.
  5. 5 Garnish with hard-boiled eggs and fried onions before serving.
