Butter Pilaf With Fried Onions
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 heaping tbsp butter
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Fried onions
Method
- 1 Wash 1 cup of rice thoroughly.
- 2 Boil rice in fast boiling water with 1 tbsp butter for 20 minutes, then drain.
- 3 Season with salt and pepper.
- 4 Stir in 1 heaping tbsp butter.
- 5 Garnish with hard-boiled eggs and fried onions before serving.
