Butter Peas With Fresh Mint
Ingredients
- Young peas
- Salt
- Water
- Fresh mint, chopped
- Butter
Method
- 1 Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- 2 Add the shelled peas and boil quickly for 20-30 minutes, depending on their freshness.
- 3 Just before removing from heat, stir in chopped fresh mint.
- 4 Drain the water completely, toss with butter, and serve hot.
