Butter Pan Fried Omelet
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Beat six eggs well, combining yolks and whites. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2 Melt two tablespoons of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 3 Pour in the eggs. Use a fork to draw cooked egg from the outside to the center.
- 4 When thickened but still soft in the center, fold the omelet in half onto a plate.
