Butter Oyster Omelet
Ingredients
- ½ pint oysters
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2½ tablespoons butter
Method
- 1 Drain the oysters.
- 2 Melt butter in a pan and cook the oysters until they curl.
- 3 Beat the eggs lightly and pour them over the oysters.
- 4 Season with salt and pepper, then shake the pan until the omelet is done.
- 5 Serve immediately.
