  • sliced mushrooms
  • butter
  • eggs
  • mushroom ketchup (optional)

Method

  1. 1 Toss sliced mushrooms in butter. Add mushroom ketchup if desired.
  2. 2 Break eggs into a pan and beat lightly.
  3. 3 Cook over medium-high heat for three minutes.
  4. 4 Slide omelette onto a hot dish and spread with butter.
