Butter Mushroom Omelette
Ingredients
- sliced mushrooms
- butter
- eggs
- mushroom ketchup (optional)
Method
- 1 Toss sliced mushrooms in butter. Add mushroom ketchup if desired.
- 2 Break eggs into a pan and beat lightly.
- 3 Cook over medium-high heat for three minutes.
- 4 Slide omelette onto a hot dish and spread with butter.
