Butter Milk Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 lb potatoes
- ½ oz butter
- 1 tbsp milk
Method
- 1 Boil potatoes until thoroughly cooked, then drain them completely dry.
- 2 While hot, rub the potatoes through a colander into a clean stew-pan.
- 3 Add butter and milk, then mix well until combined but not too moist.
