Butter Milk Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb potatoes
  • ½ oz butter
  • 1 tbsp milk

Method

  1. 1 Boil potatoes until thoroughly cooked, then drain them completely dry.
  2. 2 While hot, rub the potatoes through a colander into a clean stew-pan.
  3. 3 Add butter and milk, then mix well until combined but not too moist.
