Butter Glazed French Beans With Parsley
Ingredients
- French beans
- Salt
- Butter
- 1 pinch flour
- Chopped parsley
- Pepper
Method
- 1 String the beans and boil in salted water until tender. Drain well.
- 2 Place beans in a saucepan with butter, a pinch of flour, chopped parsley, pepper, and salt. Stir gently over heat for 2-3 minutes.
