Butter Glazed Carrots and Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 pint young peas
  • 2 bunches French carrots, sliced or cut into shapes
  • 1 heaping tablespoon butter
  • ½ tablespoon flour

Method

  1. 1 Cook peas and carrots separately in minimal water until tender.
  2. 2 Combine both vegetables in a saucepan.
  3. 3 Add butter and flour, rubbing them together.
  4. 4 Add enough water to create a gravy consistency.
