Butter Glazed Carrots and Peas
Ingredients
- 1 pint young peas
- 2 bunches French carrots, sliced or cut into shapes
- 1 heaping tablespoon butter
- ½ tablespoon flour
Method
- 1 Cook peas and carrots separately in minimal water until tender.
- 2 Combine both vegetables in a saucepan.
- 3 Add butter and flour, rubbing them together.
- 4 Add enough water to create a gravy consistency.
