Butter Flageolet Beans
Ingredients
- dried flageolet beans
- cold water
- salted water
- butter
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1 Soak dried beans in cold water for several hours.
- 2 Place beans in salted boiling water with plenty of water and boil until tender but not soft.
- 3 Drain the beans well.
- 4 Season with butter, salt, and pepper.
