Butter Enriched Orange Curd
Ingredients
- 1 pint orange juice
- 8 large eggs, beaten
- Loaf sugar to taste
- 1 walnut-sized piece butter
Method
- 1 Combine orange juice and beaten eggs in a saucepan. Add sugar to taste.
- 2 Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- 3 Remove from heat and stir in the butter until melted. Serve immediately.
