  • egg yolks
  • egg whites
  • flavoring
  • milk
  • flour

Method

  1. 1 Rub butter until light and smooth.
  2. 2 Add sugar and stir until creamy.
  3. 3 Beat half the sugar with egg yolks if needed, then add to butter mixture.
  4. 4 Add flavoring, then alternate milk and flour until combined.
  5. 5 Beat batter a few minutes, then fold in whipped egg whites.
