Butter Broiled Quail On Toast
Ingredients
- quails
- butter
- salt
- pepper
- toast slices
Method
- 1 Split quails down the back.
- 2 Broil over hot coals for 4 minutes on each side, basting with a little butter.
- 3 Spread cooked quails with butter, salt, and pepper.
- 4 Place on slightly moistened toast slices and stand in the oven for a few minutes to soak the butter.
