Butter And Cheese Pasta
Ingredients
- spaghetti or macaroni
- salted water
- butter
- grated cheese
Method
- 1 Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
- 2 Add spaghetti or macaroni (broken into 2.5-3 inch pieces if desired) and boil for 12-15 minutes until tender. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
- 3 Drain the pasta in a colander and transfer to a serving dish.
- 4 Toss with a generous amount of butter and grated cheese. Serve immediately with extra cheese on the side.
