Buckwheat Molasses Pancakes
Ingredients
- 3 cups buckwheat flour
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 3 heaping teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon molasses
Method
- 1 Sift the buckwheat flour, white flour, baking powder, and salt together into a bowl.
- 2 Stir in the milk, water, and molasses until just combined.
- 3 Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and fry the batter as usual until golden brown on both sides.
