Browned Butter Apple Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 piece butter
- Salt
- 6 apples, cut into pieces
- Sugar to taste
- Butter, melted and browned
- Cinnamon
Method
- 1 Boil rice in water with a piece of butter and a little salt until half done.
- 2 Add the cut apples and cook together until both the rice and apples are well done.
- 3 Add sugar to taste.
- 4 Serve topped with melted browned butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
