- Pastry tartlet shells
- Whipped cream
Method
- 1 Place strawberries and brown sugar in a saucepan and heat until softened into a conserve.
- 2 Allow the strawberry mixture to cool completely.
- 3 Fill the pastry tartlet shells with the cooled strawberry conserve.
- 4 Top each tartlet with a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
