Brown Sugar Pecan Baked Bananas
Ingredients
- 6 bananas, sliced lengthwise
- 6 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1/3 cup raisins or other dried chopped fruit
- Chopped pecans
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan.
- 2 Arrange sliced bananas in the pan.
- 3 Top evenly with brown sugar, margarine, raisins, and pecans.
- 4 Bake for 30 minutes.
