Brown Sugar Nut Brittle
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2/3 cup chopped nut meats
Method
- 1 Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and boil quickly until the syrup turns golden brown.
- 2 Remove from heat, stir in chopped nut meats, and pour into a lightly greased pan.
- 3 Let cool completely, then pound into small pieces.
