Brown Sugar Nut Brittle

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup water
• 2/3 cup chopped nut meats

Method

1. 1 Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and boil quickly until the syrup turns golden brown.
2. 2 Remove from heat, stir in chopped nut meats, and pour into a lightly greased pan.
3. 3 Let cool completely, then pound into small pieces.
