Brown Sugar Molasses Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 pint brown sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ½ pint molasses
- ½ cake sweetened chocolate
- 1 generous teaspoon butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Method
- 1 Combine brown sugar, milk, molasses, chocolate, and butter in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until dissolved and the mixture hardens when dropped in cold water.
- 2 Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into buttered pans and let cool completely.
- 3 Cut into squares with a buttered knife.
