Brown Sugar Fudge Icing

Ingredients

• 3 cups brown sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

1. 1 Combine brown sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan.
2. 2 Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water.
3. 3 Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
4. 4 Beat the mixture until it thickens and becomes spreadable.
5. 5 Spread the icing over the cake while still warm.
