Brown Sugar Fudge Icing
Ingredients
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- 1 Combine brown sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan.
- 2 Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water.
- 3 Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- 4 Beat the mixture until it thickens and becomes spreadable.
- 5 Spread the icing over the cake while still warm.
