Brown Sugar Fox Grape Jam
Ingredients
- 2 quarts ripe fox grapes
- 3 pounds brown sugar
- 1 pint water
Method
- 1 Pick over and wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 2 Combine grapes, brown sugar, and water in a large pot.
- 3 Bring to a boil and simmer for over an hour until thickened.
- 4 Spread onto shallow dishes and remove seeds with a spoon.
