Brown Sugar Cranberry Jelly
Ingredients
- 1 pint cranberries
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 cups brown sugar
Method
- 1 Wash and drain 1 pint of cranberries, then place them in a saucepan with 3/4 cup of water.
- 2 Cover and cook until the berries are soft, then rub the mixture through a fine sieve to remove skins.
- 3 Stir in 2 cups of brown sugar and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 4 Cook for 10 minutes, then pour into small custard cups to set.
