Brown Sugar Butter Sweet Potato Skewers
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Method
- 1 Wash, peel, and slice sweet potatoes into 1/3-inch rounds.
- 2 Thread 3-4 slices onto each skewer and parboil for 6 minutes. Drain well.
- 3 Brush skewers with melted butter and sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
- 4 Bake in a 425°F oven until well browned and tender, about 10 minutes.
