Brown Sugar Butter Sweet Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 quart sweet potatoes
- Salt
- Brown sugar
- Butter
Method
- 1 Boil sweet potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and scrape off skins.
- 2 Cut potatoes into slices. Arrange in layers in a greased baking dish.
- 3 Cover each layer with brown sugar and pieces of butter.
- 4 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) until browned.
