Brown Sugar Butter Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 quart sweet potatoes
  • Salt
  • Brown sugar
  • Butter

Method

  1. 1 Boil sweet potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and scrape off skins.
  2. 2 Cut potatoes into slices. Arrange in layers in a greased baking dish.
  3. 3 Cover each layer with brown sugar and pieces of butter.
  4. 4 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) until browned.
