Brown Butter Vinegar Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh butter
- 1 ½ tbsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Melt the butter in a small frying pan over medium heat.
- 2 Cook until the butter turns a dark brown color.
- 3 Remove from heat and stir in vinegar, salt, and pepper.
